Free AI task planner: describe your day in plain words

Deloist reads ordinary text, turns it into tasks with dates and repeats, and keeps the important things in front of you.

No card, no commitment
Goals

A dream is only a few plain steps away

«A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step»
Lao Tzu

Type a dream into the "Add" field instead of a task — "learn to build websites", "start running". Deloist recognises it as a goal and turns it into one concrete step you can actually do today. Report back in your own words and it suggests the next one.

Write a dream instead of a task — Deloist turns it into one step for today. Report back in your own words and the next one arrives.

What people write
  • One step in focus

Not a list of twenty items you are afraid to open, but one thing for today.

  • Report in your own words

Write it as it is: "did two lessons" or "did not get to it". The AI understands and adjusts the path.

  • The path is not lost

The step lives among your ordinary tasks and lands in the key list for the day. The goal is not forgotten.

Write the way you think — the tasks assemble themselves

Dump your thoughts the way you would into a notes app. Deloist picks out dates, times and repeats and turns the text into tidy tasks.

  • Understands "tomorrow", "on Friday", "every month"
  • Sets the dates and reminders for you
  • No forms to fill in — just text
  • Or just say it — the mic is right in the field
Answers in the language you wrote in — Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian or English
By voice

Say it — and the task is on the board

Tap the mic and say it as it is: "pick up the kids from daycare tomorrow at seven". Deloist transcribes the speech, works out the date and time and creates the task right away — no typing.

  • Go quiet — the recording stops by itself
  • Audio is not stored: only the task text remains
  • Works in the browser and on the phone — the mic is in the bottom bar too

AI subtasks

A big job arrives as a ready list of steps

Write "buy ingredients for tiramisu" and get a shopping list with quantities. Deloist breaks down packing for a trip, preparing a celebration or a work project the same way — any big thing into concrete steps.

  • Shopping, packing, projects — any large task
  • Picks the items and quantities itself
  • Tick things off right inside the list
Focus of the day

You see what matters, not an endless list

Deloist helps you choose what matters today and nudges you toward your goals instead of drowning you in errands.

  • Key, active and someday
  • A day plan that fits your rhythm
  • Goals do not get lost in the routine
Together

Shared lists for family and team

Open a shared space — groceries, chores or a team project stay visible to everyone who needs them.

  • Personal and shared in one place
  • Invite family and colleagues
  • Everyone keeps their own focus
Money

Personal and family budget — next to your day

Log an expense the way you log a task: "coffee 250". Set limits per category and keep a shared budget with your partner — you both see the same numbers.

  • Accounts, limits, debts and recurring payments
  • A shared budget lives in the family space
  • Full CSV export: the data is yours

And plenty more

Everything that helps you keep the day in hand — and nothing extra.

Habits and countdown

Check habits off day by day and keep the streak; your own dates — the holiday, New Year — show how many days are left.

Voice input

Tap the mic and say the task — the text appears in the field and AI works out the date and time.

Deloist in brief

If you just want a quick answer on whether it fits — here it is on one screen.

What it is
Deloist is an AI day planner: you describe tasks in ordinary text and the AI pulls the dates, times and repeats out of it.
Who it is for
Deloist is built for personal planning — your day, family and work in one place, plus shared lists for close ones and a small team.
Languages
Deloist understands and answers in Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian and English, including conversational phrasing like "dentist on Thursday" and "every Friday".
Where it runs
Deloist runs in the browser and installs on a phone as a PWA — offline, with notifications and no app store. Tasks can also be added through a Telegram bot.
Payment
Deloist is paid for through YooKassa with a card issued by a Russian bank, in roubles; cards from other countries are not accepted yet. The free plan is available worldwide.
Price
Deloist has a free plan with 30 tasks a month and no card required; paid plans start at 299 ₽ a month, 20% cheaper when paid yearly.
Moving your data
Deloist imports tasks from Todoist via a CSV file and gives all of your tasks back as a single CSV at any time.
What Deloist does not have
Deloist has no knowledge base with nested pages, no team kanban boards with sprints, no configurable filters and no open API — it is a personal day planner, not a workspace.

Frequently asked

What is Deloist?
An AI day planner: you write your tasks in plain words, and Deloist sorts them by priority and reminds you about what matters.
How does the AI read my tasks?
Just describe things in ordinary text. Deloist recognises dates, times and repeats and turns a note into ready tasks.
What language can I write in?
Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian and English. Deloist answers in the language you wrote in, so a task typed in Kazakh comes back in Kazakh, checklist included.
How is a goal different from a task?
A task is something you can do today. A goal is a big wish like "learn English": Deloist spots it in your text and turns it into one concrete first step. Report back in your own words and the next step arrives.
Is it free?
The free plan gives you 30 tasks a month and the basics: AI parsing, lists, the Telegram bot. If you need more, the paid plans lift the limit and open up the AI day plan, repeats, goals, statistics and more.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Russia, under Russian data-protection law (152-FZ). You can export everything you have as a single CSV at any time, and delete your account whenever you want.
How do I pay, and can I pay from outside Russia?
Honestly: not yet. Payment goes through YooKassa with a card issued by a Russian bank, in roubles, and cards from other countries are declined. The free plan works for everyone. We will say so here the day another payment method is live.
Is there a Telegram bot, and does it work offline?
Yes and yes: add tasks through Telegram, and the web app runs offline as a PWA and syncs afterwards.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
There is no separate app in the App Store or Google Play. Deloist installs to your home screen as a PWA: it opens full screen, works offline and sends notifications. On iPhone, push only arrives from a PWA installed this way.
Can I move my tasks from another planner?
From Todoist, yes, via a CSV file: the format is detected for you, you see how many tasks were found and confirm the move. The first import does not spend your free limit.
How is Deloist different from an ordinary to-do list?
You do not fill in fields — you write ordinary text, and Deloist pulls out the dates, times and repeats itself. Things sit in three buckets rather than one endless feed: key, active and someday. And a big wish like "learn English" becomes one concrete step for today instead of an item you are afraid to open.
Who is Deloist not for?
If you need a knowledge base with nested pages and tables, team kanban boards with sprints and statuses, a deeply configurable system with filters and nested projects, or integrations over an open API — Deloist does not do that work. It is about your personal day and shared lists for the people close to you.
